Photo Submissions

Directory is currently accepting photo submissions to be used in marketing! We’re looking for authentic profile pictures and romantic/happy group pictures. You can donate them or we can offer $50 ($70 for group) per photo we decide to use. If you know anyone who is interested, feel free share this opportunity! Thank you!

To submit single photos:

  1. Email them directly to cecilia@meet.directory
  2. We’ll reply if we are interested in using any
  3. You’ll send back the release form below with your name.
  4. (If for payment) We will venmo you the amount.

For group photos:

  1. One person email them to cecilia@meet.directory
  2. We’ll reply if we want to use any.
  3. In your reply you will name each person in the photo and CC them to the email thread.
  4. Each person in the photo will send the group release form from below.
  5. (If for payment) We will venmo one person the amount to split amongst the submitters.

Note: when we use your photos, none of your personal information will ever be shared.

PHOTO & LIKENESS RELEASE

I, [Full Name], am over 18 years old and grant Social Directory LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify my submitted photo(s) for marketing and promotional purposes related to the Directory app, including but not limited to mobile app store screenshots, website decoration, and advertisement posters. I confirm I have the right to grant this license.

I understand that a one-time payment of $50 per photo used, to be paid by the Company prior to first use, grants this license. Consent cannot be revoked for already-published materials. To revoke future use, I must reimburse $50 per photo used and provide written email notice, after which the Company will remove my photo(s) within two weeks.

This agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina.
